Mexico Business Manager
Position Summary:
This position will act as the main sales and business manager in Mexico, with support as needed for the rest of LATAM, and will be the contact between potential distributor(s), potential customers and the company, developing relationships that enable a recognition and understanding of the customer’s needs that support business to customer interactions. The preference is for this position to be based in the Jalisco, Mexico area. The individual will work with the Executive Sales Manager to transition newly established accounts into functioning relationships that provide smooth delivery of products to market. This delivery of products may entail working with internal resources such as Manufacturing and R&D to tactically coordinate solutions to technical or regulatory challenges. In addition, the position will provide ongoing direct or delegated customer support through coordinated efforts. The position will also be responsible to identify potential business partners and work with the Executive Sales Manager on establishing distributorship(s) agreement(s) with qualified partners. |

Position Type / Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time position. Some flexibility in hours is allowed, but the employee must be available during the “core” work hours of 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. |

Extensive travel both domestically and internationally; the preference is for position to be based in Mexico. |
Work Environment / Physical Demands:
This position operates primarily in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand, walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. This position requires extensive road and air travel, sometimes for long distances and internationally, requiring extensive time sitting with little movement. |
