Marketing-Regulatory Specialist

Position Summary: 

The Marketing/Regulatory Specialist will perform support functions for the Product/Marketing Manager in the Sales and Marketing department. This position assists the Marketing & Product Manager and other staff by performing a variety of support duties, mainly focused on regulatory processes such as correspondence with regulatory bodies and partners/distributors in different countries, assist in document creation & product launches, and optimizing BRI’s regulatory process. This position will work cross-functionally with other teams to perform tasks and responsibilities.

Essential Functions:

  • Review, assess and create regulatory documents and other related collateral, including those that support or reflect initiatives for R&D, marketing, quality control or operations.
  • Assist in regulatory review of marketing collatoral, MARCOM and other PR related material.
  • Coordinate and manage regulatory material and regulatory resources.
  • Coordinate regulatory dossiers preparation, organization and submissions
  • Responsible for obtaining and preparing registration documents; Maintain an online-tracking system of all regulatory and other related marketing material on SharePoint.
  • Help create SOPs for future day-to-day regulatory management work.
  • Serve as liaison with partners, both suppliers and distributors for all regulatory related correspondence

Education / Experience / Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field required. Regulatory background and marketing (education and/or experience) in Life Sciences preferred.
  • 2-3 years of experience preferred.
  • Experience in Regulatory is necessary.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, TeamViewer, and other software preferred.

Knowledge of project management, and regulatory processes highly desired.

This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities

Position Type / Expected Hours of Work:

This is a full-time position. Some flexibility in hours is allowed, but the employee must be available during the “core” work hours of 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Travel:

No travel is expected for this position. Occasional travel for training and/or personal career development might take place.
