CEDResearch Triangle Park, NC (June 6, 2012) – BRI is proud to announce the appointment of CEO Giles Shih to the Board of Directors of the CED, the largest non-profit entrepreneur support organization in North Carolina. Giles will serve on the CED Board for a two-year term beginning July 1, 2012. The mission of the CED is to identify, enable and promote emerging growth companies and to accelerate the entrepreneurial culture of the Research Triangle and North Carolina.

According to Giles, “I am pleased to be selected to serve on the CED Board. CED has provided invaluable resources and networks for me as I have started and grown my business in the Research Triangle area and I look forward to working with other Board members and CED staff to nurture and grow the entrepreneurial ecosystem in the Research Triangle and across the state. ”
