BRI wins USPAACC’s Fast 50 Asian American Business Award
Research Triangle-based biotechnology company BioResource International, Inc. has been recognized as one of the fastest growing Asian-American owned businesses by theUS Pan Asian American Chamber of Commerce (USPAACC). At the recent USPAACC Annual CelebrAsian Conference held in Bethesda, MD June 4-6, BRI was named a “Fast 50 Asian American Business” based on revenue growth over the past three years.
Dr. Giles Shih received the award from USPAACC National President & CEO Susan Au Allen, Conference Co-Chairs Ravi Saligram, OfficeMax CEO, and Kyle McSlarrow, Comcast/NBCUniversal Washington, DC President, and Asian American Business Co-Chair Ken Xie, Founder, President & CEO of Fortinet, Inc.
This recognition highlights companies that are creating positive growth in the national economy. “This annual program spotlights the success and contribution to the economic stability and job creation by Asian-American entrepreneurs around the country,” said Susan Au Allen, USPAACC National President and CEO.
