BRI Is Pinnacle Business Award Winner for Second Straight Year

Research Triangle Park, NC (May 24, 2012) – For the second consecutive year, BioResource International, Inc. (www.briworldwide.com) has been selected by the Greater Raleigh Chamber of Commerce to receive the Pinnacle Business Award for  “Steady Growth and Profitability”, which recognizes companies exhibiting stable revenue growth for the past three years.

According to BRI CEO Dr. Giles Shih, “I am honored that BRI has been selected to receive the Greater Raleigh Chamber of Commerce Pinnacle Award for Growth and Profitability for the second year in a row. I work with a great team at BRI and I am so proud of what we have been able to achieve together.”

BRI’s passion is feeding the world healthy sustainable food, through a focus on harnessing technology to improve people’s lives and livelihoods every day. The company develops innovative products that improve poultry and swine nutrition in a cost-efficient manner while reducing the environmental impact of those farm operations.

The Greater Raleigh Chamber of Commerce has recognized the finest of the Triangle business community for over 25 years. The 2012 Pinnacle Business Awards were presented on May 22 at a ceremony in the Raleigh Convention Center that brought together hundreds of local business leaders and supporters. The awards ceremony also celebrated National Small Business Week.
